Advanced Ultrasonic & Non-Destructive Testing

For more than 40 years, NDT Systems Inc. has been a leader in designing, manufacturing and selling high quality, advanced ultrasonic testing equipment to the non-destructive testing marketplace. These products include a wide variety of Ultrasonic Thickness Gages, Bond Testers, Portable Flaw Detectors as well as a range of precision Ultrasonic Transducers and manual and automated scanners.

Based in Huntington Beach, California, NDT Systems has been a pioneer in the development of truly portable ultrasonic test equipment. Instruments such as the Quantum hand held flaw detector revolutionized the portable equipment market being the first to offer a full capability flaw detector in a 3lb package, when all others were 13lbs and up. Additional firsts include the BondaScope – the first impedance plane bond tester; the TG series thickness gage – the first high precision digital thickness gage and the Raptor – all-in-one high resolution flaw detector, thickness gage with A-, B- & C-scan imaging capability. Another significant development in the industry is the recently launched BondHub – the world’s first multimode (Pitch-Catch, MIA & Resonance) imaging bond tester with fully automatic C-scan imaging capability.

All products are 100% made in the USA.

NDT Systems strives to provide optimum customer service with a team of specialists permanently based in the facility and available to answer questions and help to configure solutions.
